Something Better Productions, LLC (“SBP-AI”) operates Model Information Management Microservice. Use of the public site or API constitutes agreement to this draft policy.

2. Information we collect

The public catalog explorer does not require an account. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, request path, and rate-limit keys. We do not collect consumer prompts or provider API keys through this website. Do not paste credentials here.

3. How we use information

To operate the read API, diagnose outages, enforce rate limits, and improve reliability. We do not use catalog traffic to train models on your prompts—this service does not accept prompts.

4. Information sharing

Processors may include hosting (Hostinger), database (Supabase), and email (Resend) when those services are configured. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.

5. Portfolio roll-up (SBP-required)

Model Information Management Microservice is part of the Something Better Productions / SBP-AI portfolio. Aggregated operational, security, and usage telemetry may be shared with the SBP-AI hub (sbp-ai.com) for portfolio security monitoring, incident response, and product health. Rollup uses minimized identifiers (email hashes, opaque user ids) — not unnecessary PII, not raw tax lots, not private document contents. Questions: admin@sbp-ai.com.

6. Data security overview

Transport encryption, rate limits, restrictive Content-Security-Policy, and no public write API. This is not a certification claim.

7. Retention

Request logs are retained only as needed for security and operations. Published catalog releases are retained as product data, not as personal data.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or marketing opt-out by emailing admin@sbp-ai.com. The public API does not require a user profile.

9. Cookies / tracking

Theme preference may be stored in localStorage on this origin. No third-party analytics or font-tracking cookies are included in this website.

10. Children's privacy

This service is not directed at children under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

The version constant will change when a reviewed policy is approved.
