1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the public website or read API at market-context.org, you agree to these draft terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Services

Model Information Management Microservice provides a human-reviewed catalog of model metadata (names, identifiers, capabilities, list prices, and lifecycle) plus a read-only HTTP API and in-repository TypeScript SDK. It does not provide model inference, provider accounts, billing, or entitlement. Catalog presence is not access to a provider model.

3. Account and Access

Public catalog reads do not require an SBP account. Authenticated maintenance tools, if enabled, are for designated maintainers only. Optional future app tokens are catalog credentials, not provider keys.

4. User / Client Responsibilities

You must keep provider keys in your own application, verify signatures before trusting snapshots, and not treat unknown prices as zero. You must not attempt to publish catalog data through this public website.

5. Intellectual Property

Software licensing is an owner launch decision and is not granted by this draft. Third-party model names, marks, and documentation remain with their owners. No provider endorsement is claimed.

6. Confidentiality

Do not submit secrets, private prompts, or non-public provider data through issues or this website.

7. Payment Terms

Not applicable. The hosted catalog is intended as a best-effort free read API. Provider inference is billed by those providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Something Better Productions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from catalog use, outages, or reliance on metadata.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The catalog is provided “as is.” Metadata may be incomplete, stale, or wrong until a human-reviewed release says otherwise. No SLA is offered in this draft.

10. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Something Better Productions, LLC against claims arising from your use of the catalog, your inference, or your product billing.

11. Termination

We may suspend the hosted API. You may stop using it at any time and keep exported snapshots subject to their notices.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing law: State of Connecticut. Dispute resolution: binding arbitration (AAA) unless counsel directs otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

Material updates will change the version constant. This draft is not in force until owner/counsel approval and an effective date are set.

14. Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder still applies.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any later approved EULA or SOW are the agreement for this service.
